Other 1940s Vintage Lace Gown

This is a one-of-a kind 1940s lace dress that I had slightly altered to perfectly fit a size four. I got so many compliments on the dress and many people said they hadn't seen anything like it! There is a beautiful 1940s silk slip that goes under the dress that I had made into a sweetheart line that allows for a beautiful lace overlay on the chest with clear snaps that kept it perfectly in place. I also had the slip come to knee length in order to have the lace show through from the knee down as a beautiful touch as well. I loved this dress and I want someone else to enjoy it as much as I did now too! I'd love to see your pictures after you wear it too! Maybe we can keep the chain of this vintage dress together :)
